By using this website or booking service, you agree to the following terms.
Services
All artistic elements, including style, color, composition, and interpretation, are determined by Diane Mowery based on her creative process and professional judgment.
Booking And Payment
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve a date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than (14) days before the event date.
Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation.
Applicable Texas Sales Tax
Applicable Texas Sales Tax will be added to all taxable charges.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, website content, photographs, and designs are the property of Love Story Live Painting. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Clients receive ownership of the original painting created for their event. The artist retains copyright and the right to display images of the artwork for portfolio, website, advertising, and promotional use.
Website Use
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Retainers
All retainers are non-refundable. The retainer secures your event date and prevents us from booking other clients.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than fourteen (14) days before the wedding or event date.
Cancellations
If the event is canceled more than 14 days before the event date, payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at our discretion.
If the event is canceled within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be issued.
Artist Cancellation
If Love Story Live Painting must cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances, all payments will be fully refunded.
